Data Deletion

1. You installed the app but did not enroll

The Loop MDM app (agent) collects no data and sends nothing to our servers from a device that has not been enrolled by an organization. There is nothing to delete; simply uninstall the app.

2. You use a device managed by your organization

The organization that manages the device is responsible for the data collected from company devices. Please send your deletion request to your organization’s IT team first.

• When the organization retires and deletes the device in the console, its device information, app list, usage and status history, location records and management records are permanently deleted.
• When a device is factory reset from the console, the agent and all data on the device are erased.
• Location records are also deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. Deleting your console account

Your organization’s administrator can deactivate your console account immediately. To have your account and related personal data deleted, write to the address below from your registered email address.
